1st conference of "Zero Carbon Resorts (ZCR)"

'Zero Carbon Resorts (ZCR) for sustainable development' project organized its 1st conference in Krabi, Thailand from the 26th to 27th September 2015. The project aims to contribute to the sustainable development in the tourism sector and its value chain in the Philippines and Thailand with a focus on reduction of resource consumption and CO2 emissions.

ZCR conference consisted of many activities including Exhibitions , Seminars "e.g. Krabi Sustainability: Potential and Challenges" led by the Accra General Thu. In the last day, the thai Minister of Tourism and Sports, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly support Krabi to sustainable tourism through seminars and subgroup on Zero Carbon Resorts.

demEAUmed was disseminated through this event via flyers provided from the project coordinator LEITAT and distributed by PSA-CIEMAT company who was responsible to introduce demEAUmed project to the other partners in the event.
