Organised by the Institute of Geography and Sustainability (IGD) of the University of Lausanne and the Institute of Tourism, HES-SO Valais-Wallis with the support of the Academic Society of Valais, Water and Tourism Conference aims to discuss the relationships between tourism and water management.
It is organised in three sessions that explore three facets:
• Water as a resource for tourism
• Impacts of tourism on water management
• Tourism, water and climate change
The call for papers is open and interested participants in presenting an oral presentation or poster are invited to send their abstract by July 15, 2017.
